Blake closed his eyes as his head rested back on the seat. He let out a pained groan, as his head kept pounding. He felt like his head was gonna explode but there was nothing he could do about it. Blake kept his eyes closed tightly for the whole ride

Cherii got in the driver's seat and sighed, looking over at Blake. She reached into the glove box and pulled out a bottle of ibuprofen before handing him two, along with a bottle of water. *"For the headache"* She told him, waiting for him to take them pills.

Blake opened his eyes and gave her a small nod. 'Thank you..' He said as he took the medicine taking it without hesitation. He rested his head back on the seat as he side. He waited for the medicine to finally kick in

She normally would have turned the radio on, but she didn't want to make his headache any worse than it already was. They eventually pulled into the driveway of a small light yellow two story house. She unbuckled and got out of the car, wanting to see if either of her dads were home.

Blake slowly blinked open his eyes as he looked around. He saw the cars in the driveway, but didn't say a word. He slowly got out of the car, swaying a little on his feet. He closed his eyes again as he waited for the medicine to kick in.

Cherii walked up to the front door, feeling that it was locked. Both cars were in the driveway, but she didn't think either of her dads were home yet. Sometimes they liked to go on walks or walk down to the store, so she wasn't worried about them coming home any time soon. She unlocked and opened the door, going inside and waiting for Blake to come in.

Blake walked slowly into the houses still seeming to be in a daze. He said nothing as he walked, he looked at his ruined shirt and frowned. He had ruined a perfectly good shirt and not only that he was scared to go home because of what his father would aay

She walked into the kitchen and hopped up onto the counter since she was too short to reach the cabinets. She pulled out a small white first aid kit before hopping down again. She walked back into the living room and walked back up to Blake.
*"Cherii, who is that?"* Her Papa(Karlie) asked, suddenly appearing behind her. *"GAH- Papa?! I thought you and dad were at the store?"* She tried to distract him, standing in front of Blake. *"Nah. Your dad is pissed at me right now, so he's staying with your aunt for a few days."* He shrugged, seeming distracted by Blake. Karlie stepped around her, his expression very suddenly changing. "James..?" He muttered in English.

Blake had his eyes closed for a moment before Karlie entered. He slowly blinked open his eyes, his eye  a little black. He shook his head slowly and instantly became dizzy. He opened his mouth tor respond, "James...is my father's name." He muttered

Karlie stood there in shock for a moment before just turning around and leaving the room. He has a son. . He thought to himself, feeling a familiar ache in his chest; One he hadn't felt since the very day James walked into that airport.

// CHERII POV //
Cherii was confused by her father's words, but she decided that it wasn't her top priority right now. She nudged Blake back towards the sofa, waiting for him to sit down. Once he was down, she sat down on her knees on the sofa next to him, opening up the first aid kit. She took out some wipes and gestured for him to look at her so that she could wipe the blood and patch him up.
Her Papa had gotten into quite a few fights during his last year in college, so she'd been taught a decent amount about how to treat wounds. She'd known better than to ask why he got into so many fights, but her dad always said it was something about how he lost someone close to him. Her dad, of course, never told her who it was.
