Karlie sighed his agreement, leaning his head back against the wall. He still had shit to do, but it could wait. His brain was too melted to handle anything work related right now.

Karlie's eyes were closed, but it was clear that he wasn't asleep or anything, just resting his eyes. ". . Nah. If Blake comes back and sees that, I'll have my ass handed to me." He joked, smiling a little. He honestly just didn't want to overstep, and he knew he'd probably just pass out if he laid down right now. Hell, he was already half asleep, and he was still sitting up.

Karlie frowned a little, knowing he couldn't say no when James asked like that. I can't argue and he knows it, dammit. He sighed, standing up slowly and walking over to the bed. He sat down next to James and flopped back, still seeming somewhat awkward about it.

James being so small, made the bed feel huge. There was a good amount of space between James and Karlie. James ended up keeping his had to Karlie, to try and help him feel comfortable. He made sure to not touch him either, just in case

Karlie, after a moment, finally cracked and gave in. He wrapped his arms around James' waist and pulled him closer, shoving his awkwardness aside temporarily. He closed his eyes and relaxed a little, slowly feeling himself calm down from the events earlier.

James felt his face turn a little red but he relaxed into Karlie's arms. He soon closed his eyes as he just enjoyed the moment of being close with Karlie. This helped calm him down from what had happened.

Cherii was still just laying on her back, trying to process what had happened. She wanted to talk to Blake, but her papa had told her that wasn't a good idea. All she really understood so far was that Blake had a bad day, they'd argued, he'd pushed her, and she'd freaked out. It wasn't a lot to go off of, and it was stressing her out. Without noticing, though, she'd ended up falling asleep while thinking. She tended to be a bit of an 'angry sleeper', and it was safe to say that she'd been pretty angry today.

Blake had stayed gone for a few hours. He needed time to cool down, so he did. He had gone to the park to calm down, and once he had he drove home. He sat in his truck for a while before he slowly got out
