Kaia panicked a little, quickly standing up and helping Eva untangle herself from the sheets. "Eva, I'm just trying to help-" She sighed, checking her over to make sure she hadn't hurt herself in the attempt to escape.

Eva quickly scrambled onto her feet. "Don't come closer." She said as she backed herself up against the wall. She had crouched down and her ears were pinned back. She acted just like a cornered wild animal

That's just what Viv and I call letuce. . we kinda have our own language ;-; ))

Kaia wasn't sure what to do, so she just stood there for a moment. She didn't want to make Eva feel trapped, but she had to see somehow. She stepped forward carefully, just reaching forward to check the bandages. She didn't even have the first aid kit with her, and just wanted to see what she was working with before she did anything else.

I love it lol, imma call it that from now on))

Eva tried to pull away from her, but she couldn't go nowhere. She swallowed as she slowly crouched down further, watching her hand carefully. The bandages were old and definitely dirty. There was a unhealed wound on her head, that had become red, bloody, and swollen. It looked to be a gash that was poorly taken care of

I'm bright red rn, but Viv is just sitting next to me laughing =-= ))

Kaia traced along it carefully, avoiding touching the wound itself she could see dried blood on the dressing, and realised that whoever had done this hadn't changed the bandages even once. She walked over and grabbed the box, making sure to keep it behind her. She came and crouched down with Eva, setting the box on the floor. She popped it open to grab some gauze and antiseptic wipes, but forgot that there were other things in the box as well. There were several needles for emergency nano injections, and even small blades, but she didn't intend on using any of them. Hell, she didn't even notice they were there.

Eva tensed and she stared at the med kit, with a look of horror on her face. She felt her self shaking as she tried to get away. She resorted to trying to kick the kit away, trying desperately to kick away the tools that haunted her. Her ears pinned back and she let out a snarl, just like an animal would...she was zoned in completely on the tools in the kit.

Kaia backed up a little when Eva started growling, but she quickly realised why. She slammed the kit shut and tossed it over to the sofa, well out of her reach. "I-I'm sorry. I forgot those were in there. They're just for nano injections, I promise. I only have the wipes and gauze, okay? I'm not trying to hurt you." She looked up at her, still unsure of if it would be safe to approach.

Eva stopped but she still had that look of fear in her eyes. She swallowed, trying to calm herself. "My head is ok...helps not needed." She said watching Kaia carefully. She had become less tense, but was still on guard

Kaia inched forward and began removing the old bandage, ignoring the other's very convincing argument. "Your head is not okay, Eva. These bandages are gross now anyways. Can I please just change them?" She sighed, finally seeing the gash on her head.

Eva swallowed, "It...won't hurt..?" She said as she gave Kaia a pleading look. "I am tired of hurting.." She shifted her weight so she was sitting on the ground.
