Eva leaned into her touch, her sends back and her tail started wagging. She had messed this so much. She wanted nothing more than to curl up into her lap, but she was honestly scared to.

Akira hesitated, but eventually leaned forward and wrapped her arms around Eva. She hadn't meant to, but she'd started crying. She'd missed this more than she could put into words, and having Eva back was too much for her to handle properly.

Eva let out a whine when Akira started crying. Just like a puppy, she was immediately in her lap, his arms around her and her head buried into her neck. "Don't cry"

She just kept clinging to Eva, trying to get herself together. After a few minutes, she was finally able to get a full sentence out. "Fuck, I missed you. So much." She sighed, wiping her face.
