*who was this..? Ugh why must the moment always be interrupted by someone! Torik was obviously scared of her, and I could see why. He doesn't get scared by just anyone, so he had reason to this time. Naturally I was scared of her as well and stayed close to Torik. Her last statement before she left worried me.. little time he has left?! I looked at Torik*

*I started it pant a bit and shook as I turned around and hugged Toby tightly, I don't care if he thinks as less of a man, he doesn't know Hex like I do, Hex Dreadmaw is my cousin and is without question, the cruelest most manipulative person I have ever met. She is only a few years younger then I and is loved by the family, she was the first in many decades to not be assigned a Shroudfang due to none being birthed in time, and in truth, she never needed one. Since birth she has proven to be fiercely independent and has taken great, lethal interest in manipulation of anything with a brain, she studies every torture method possible but psychological manipulation has always been a favorite of hers. I spent my entire life fighting the family's crooked form of discipline yet she has embraced every bit of her training and is granted the role of "Hunter", in our family it means she tracks people down for the family and takes them to the head master, and I've always been the prime target.*
"Hex is my cousin, and I…I'm sorry you got stuck in the middle of this, I really am!"
*I whimpered a little and heard that cruel laughter echo through you the area*
"She's a manipulative hell spawn"
*I spat out and started to calm down a little as I buried my face into Toby's neck and inhaled his scent*

*I didn't mind witnessing this, I'm only worried about what this means for Torik.. Hex seems real bad, a threat. I put my hands on Torik in an attempt to comfort him as he buried himself in me*

*I took a deep breath and pressed my body into Toby even more*
"I know the things she might do to you, I don't want her to take you from me, I REFuse To hAve Her TakE YoU"
*I snarled under my breath and made inhuman grunts like a wild animal and pressed even more into Toby, he was pressed into the wall by my weight and I lowered my body a little so my head was on his chest and gripped his hoodie, scanning the area in an overly protective manner*
"I hate her! She can chain me up to walls all she wants! She can take my previous mates and kill them in front of me but you…OH shE WiLl FAce My VAmpIRiC WrAtH!!"
* I hissed sharply*

*I held onto Torik, I wasn't worried cause i knew all is safe as long as I'm with him. He's genuinely worried about her taking me though.. aw he does truly care*

*I blushed a little, he fails to relize my true nature, or how my family functions, he fails to relize how fucked up I am and what I do to others, and I don't intend on letting him know. Hex is a dangerous sort and watches from the shadows like the hunter she was birthed to be*
"You…don't truly know me, but one thing is clear…"
*I looked deeply into Toby's gorgeous eyes and had to pause for a moment, gods he really draws me in….*
"You bring out the best in me…a part of me I didn't think exists…."

*I stared back into his breathtaking eyes. It's true, I feel like a whole different person as of recently with Torik in my life. In the best way possible. I could tell he must have some deep dark secrets.. but whatever they may be,  it wouldn't make me like him any less.*

*I squinted and led Toby back to our table and called over whoever served us or any staff member at this point and payed our check, then quickly finished what I had left on my plate*

*I rubbed the back of my neck then walked closer to him*
"I need to do some things…but trust me…I wouldn't hate waking up to see your mug~"
*I growled playfully then stroked the hair out of his face before planting a kiss*
