You send your Lead wolf out Exploring during the Day where they run into Lunar Essence. It stores for you automatically.
Then when it's Night again, your Lead goes out Exploring & falls asleep to visit the Dreamlands. The Lunar Essence is used as energy as your wolf helps, fights, or otherwise interacts with everything in the Dreamlands. You'll receive 1 or 2 Lunar tears doing these things.
They add up quickly, then spend even quicker!
