" I don't understand what my father does most of the time. He knows I have a large amount of trouble with the cold from being ill as a child. But what do I know he keeps me in here for months at a time" anger radiated from her and she huffed loudly. |

Katsura was somewhat surprised, but she didn't say anything.The girl needed the support right now. ". . I don't think anyone understands why he does what he does." She told her, staying where she was. She knew she only had a few minutes left before someone would notice she was still in here, so she quickly thought through a few things. "I have to go. I'm on duty for you tomorrow, though." She sighed, sounding focused. |

A loud sigh came from under the blanket and sabran rolled over and away from her. " Fine" she muttered and huddled her knees close to her chest. " I'll see you tomorrow" she stood up and pressed herself into the corner where the bed met the wall, facing away from kat with a frown. She threw a pillow over Her shoulder at kat, mainly to shoo her out of the chambers. She grumbled and pressed her forehead against the wall and started shivering again |

Katsura only smiled a bit and stood up, heading towards the door. She left and went back to the maids' chambers, but wasn't exactly paying attention. She had a small break from now to her next chore, so she decided to just chill in the dorms for a bit. She continued sitting on her bed staring up at the ceiling, trying to come up with a plan. I've got two shifts with her tomorrow, but I thought there were others visiting her? She said I was the first one she'd seen, which means that the others aren't taking their shifts. . either that, or they haven't been assigned. She was beginning to get a headache with how much thinking she was doing, so she just shut up and flopped back. |

Sabean made an almost endless mess with her trinkets, scattering them everywhere, on the floor, the bed, on her desk. Before she got annoyed with herself and threw a carving at a window in an attempt to smash it, glass going absolutely everywhere. The place was a mess. In the end, now unable to really move around the place and sat on the floor and ate some grapes, smiling at the taste |

She'd stayed up a bit the previous night in an attempt to come up with something, and in the end, she thought she'd had a pretty good plan. A loud swear could be heard from inside as sabran tried to move glass and trinkets from the floor so she could walk to the door. " Just open the door, watch your feet" she called out when she couldn't really move that much, leaving a sabran sized clear space on the floor. She almost fell over before standing on the chair to her desk as the door was opened " yeah... It a bit of a mess.." Just letting you know that I will be off for the next ten hours ish as I travel back to my normal time zone// |

Katsura was a little confused, but did as she was told. It all made sense to her, though, when she saw the shattered glass on the floor. "Oh shit- Sabran! Your father is going to kill us both for this!" She snapped slightly, causing her eyes to turn a bright orange for a moment. She stepped cautiously around the shards until she was right next to Sabran. "Up. Bed. Now." She told her, leaving no room for argument. |

Katsura thought about using her magic to do this, but she was still too unstable, and she was literally in the heart of the palace. Doing that would instantly result in her being caught, arrested, and executed. Instead, she made her way out of the room for a moment and came back with a broom, making sure no one saw her. It had been made clear to her that the king had eyes and ears all around the palace, and she didn't feel like being interrogated again. She carefully, but quickly swept up the glass surrounding Sabran's bed, making sure not to miss anything. It took around ten minutes for her to get it all cleaned up, which didn't seem so bad compared to the punishment the two of them could have faced had she not taken care of it. Once she was done, she leaned the broom up against the wall and turned back to Sabran, clearly expecting an explanation. |
