Sabran protested quickly before pulling a emerald necklace out of a hidden pocket of her dress " this was my mother's, the only thing left of her existence after my father destroyed the rest of it. I'm not stupid enough to keep it where anyone can get it though." She put it back in her pocket and shrugged" I don't know why it's so important, my mother didn't go out on any adventures or anywhere you would find something dangerous"

Katsura seemed shocked when she saw the necklace, but she tried not to let it show. "Can I. . Nevermind. I don't know either. Just make sure to keep that thing hidden. If your father wants it, it's probably not for a good reason." She warned her, checking the clock on the wall. "Shit- I've gotta go! That bitch will kill me if I don't bring her tea on time!" She sighed, sounding worried. "I'll be back later, okay? Oh- And if anyone asks, apparently I'm your head handmaid." She winked jokingly as she stepped out the door, closing it behind he as she hurried to Lady Corisa's room.

" That's not the proper term!" She called out before giggling and pushing the boxes back under her bed, at least she had something to now. She piled up all of her books and organized them by colour, changed her mind and then by author , changed her mind again and did it based on a ranking system of which ones she liked more, humming and whispering to herself the whole time, talking about books, her mother and other random things

Katsura made her way to the next room and knocked lightly, trying to get the image of Sabran's smile out of her head. That girl was something else- Bubbly and bright, yet serious and well mannered all at the same time. She shook her head slightly as the door opened.
"You're late- Lady Corisa will have your head if you don't get in there now!" Amelia, another maid, told her with a worried expression. Katsura also appeared worried, but she didn't say anything. She only walked silently into the room and prepared herself for a scolding.

Sabran sang and spun around, her previous sadness completely gone and forgotten. The balcony doors had been opened and she stepped out for a second, feeling much better than the last time she went out here. She smiled and brought all of the cushions in from her small sofa and put them under her bed as well before stacking all of the cups and other items on a spare silver tray before picking over the new food that kat had brought her

"Just who do you think you are? Hm?" Corisa shouted, seeming pissed. "You believe yourself to be valuable enough to waste a noblewoman's time?! Don't make me laugh! You are nothing more than a peasant meant to serve! Your only job today was to get this tea here on time, and yet you dare to show up ten minutes late?!" Katsura gritted her teeth, not daring to look up at this sociopath. "I apologize, my lady." She bowed her head quietly before she was abruptly met with a firm slap to the face. "Don't you dare speak to me, wretch! Get out! If you ever show your face here again, I won't hesitate to have you fired from this establishment! The audacity you possess to do such a thing!" Katsura didn't wait, and just turned and left. The woman continued to make a fuss, but she didn't want to hear it.

Sorry had to go and make food//

Sabran sat at her dressing table and smiled, before brushing her loooong hair and frowning at the gid awful amount of nots in it. " You would think I climbed through a tree" she sighed. Sabran had two modes, meticulously tidy or everything in absolute shambles, both mentally or the state of the items around her. But one place that always remained close to tidy was her wardrobe, her cloaks had all been matched with a several pairs of shoes the same colour and now she floated up and down each colour, wanting to change from a dark blue to a lighter colour. She absentmindedly hummed as she looked through ever single item of clothing, she stopped to sort of the hem of a dress or fix the angle a shoe was pointing before looking over her jewelry and finding several rings to wear.
