Sabran took her hand and pulled her onto the bed " great! What other things do you do in the day, other than seeing me and cleaning up glass?" She slowly snuggled closer to her, still feeling the cold more than she would of liked.

She put one hand on her chin and looked up at her with a smile before quickly taking another bite of sandwich and rooting around in the white bag for any other food

Katsura laughed a little as she sat down, trying to keep quiet, just in case. "Well, I cook food for all the snobby nobles living here, I pick up the maids' chambers when it's my turn to do so, I put up with your shitty father, and I do a loooot of cleaning." She rolled her eyes dramatically.

Gotta get to class soon, and I'm not sure where we wanna go from here. Brainstorm time, and I'll let you know when I have to go! ))

Sabran shrugged " how much of my father do you see?" She asked with an interested and puzzled look on her face " because I rarely see him, does he shout at you?" She asked suddenly worried, about kat " have any of the guard hurt you, some of them are absolute brutes" she rolled her eyes " men"

Well, my thoughts right now are that Sabran is getting attached pretty quickly. I mean, this is only what, the fourth time they've met? Fifth?
An idea to pace things would be for us to do a few mini scenes to show time passing, and then it's just them learning more about each other, and getting along pretty well. We don't have to go into detail with those scenes, but I think it would be good if they've been friends for maybe two months before any sort of romance or attraction happens. ^^

As for an escape from the castle, that's a good idea! After two or so months, Sabran's father finally finds someone he wants Sabran to marry, or a suitor, and Sabran decides that that's the final straw. Katsura helps her sneak out of the palace, and maybe takes her back to the witches' community? ))

Shoot, sorry- I ended up not having a free period yesterday! Not sure about today, either. ))

"Eh, he's alright. Stuck up as hell, but it's fine. He was pissed that I fed you." She sighed, glancing over at the doors again. "Why does he insist on keeping them open? You obviously struggle with the cold; It doesn't make sense." She asked, making sure to keep as quiet as possible.

" it's something to do with my mother. I don't really know. When I was a child she was the one that looked after me when I fell ill for a long time he was off on some kingdom patrol. I don't really understand what he does as king" she shrugged " what are your parents like though? Enough of my crazy father"

Katsura hadn't been expecting her to ask questions like that, but she figured 'Hey, what've I got to lose? Other than my life..'.
"Don't have any. They were both burned at the stake, and I think you know why." She replied, her tone seeming dead and cold. "I lived with my grandmother for a while, but she didn't want me either."
