@Mana Twilight: Even if the event had started on August 1st, it would still be running in tandem with the Lunar Event, as it is a month-long event.

I actually like that the Cryptids are in different biomes, mainly because it encourages players to explore beyond what they're used to. The timing can definitely suck if you just replaced your lead, but once you found them all, it's not like you have to worry about finding them again. Personally I've only explored Deciduous Forest, Tundra, and Glacier, so there's going to be a lot of encounters for me to see for the first time. :P

I'm very curious about this event and I like that Cryptids are involved! I'm already leaning towards the Merged, they're such an aesthetic. Plus they yearn for destruction and chaos, which I can respect. Excited to see what kind of items we get in each faction and what the new encounters are. I'll have a stronger opinion on everything once I actually experience the event, I've only got 5 Cryptids so far lol.

I like the fact you announced this event during Lunar Week; I assume more people RO during lunar week (I know I do), so that way the chances they see the announcement early on are higher.
I personally prefer having the events overlapping, but since it's a month-long event it would have overlapped with one lunar week no matter when it started so that point is moot.

I understand i can only do one cryptid  quest per roll over. 

I dont understand how i can do the 24 quests per roll over , dont know how i can get access to tgose quest.
