Shi looked at Nalia and glared at the man before them.

"I want to purchase it. Either he let's me purchase it, or I pay for it with his head after we extract the information we need from him," Shi hissed.

"He pulled a sword on my acting Leader, such an action is unforgiveable." She shifted her position to be more in front of Nalia. Her hand now gripped the hilt of the sword.

"Zon if you run anywhere except behind the two of us, there's a chance you'll die. You need to remember we're outsiders and not of their understanding. If you don't wish to fight, that's fine. But stand behind Nalia and I." Her tone was more telling rather than asking. Before she finished, he was gone. She sighed heavily and rolled her eyes.

Shi huffed and rolled her eyes.

"I want the egg, he's just going to sell it anyways. I'll actually care for whatever is inside." She looked over at Nalia. It appeared as though this was something Shi didn't want to give up.

However, she did straighten up and remove her hand from the hilt of her sword.
