what are your common mistakes?

Here are mine!  I'm just curious what other silly things people frequently find themselves doing. XD

1) I make offers on trades containing something I want, and then later I buy the thing from another thread but I forget I made the offer until it gets accepted...

2) every time I see a wolf trade I feel this instinctive urge to click on the "Buy for SC" button when what I actually want to do is click on the wolf picture to see what it looks like.  I already had one accidental buy yesterday! =(  (luckily it was cheap)  I don't think it's even a subconscious desire to buy wolves, I think it's that Explore trains me to click green buttons. XD

3) I forgot I could swap herbs 3:1 for anything I need, and bought a bunch of expensive rare herbs when swapping them would've been cheaper.

I have that subconscious desire to buy wolves. >.< no money or space but I browse chatter and click on any and all threads that sell wolves

Also did that herb thing :P Needed to learn influenza and bought 3/4 of the herbs before I couldn't afford anymore and then remembered that I could trade herbs

Well... I just accidentally gave away 100 SC by forgetting to make the trade private dies

Other than that, I often watch trades and then completely forget about them until the notification that they've been bought/expired shows up. 

Browsing for pretty wolves is so much fun but it's so tempting to get them even when I'm trying to build space for pups that I already have! *Slaps hand away from the Buy buttons*

I keep forgetting to select a wolf to send scouting because the selection circle is so pale gray I can't see it easily. Also I only have one scout and I guess my brain wants to think they'd be auto-selected, being the only option? So I keep getting the error and going, "oh... yeah". Lol

I just set up a trade of 1 GC for 50 SC instead of 50 SC for 1 GC like I meant to.  I knew I was going to get all these fields confused at some point...

I hit the 'explore' button so quickly that I miss out on a ton of green encounters. :( It hurts every time.

Oh yeah, I do that too sometimes! It's really frustrating :(

I spent a ton of cones on buying medicines before realizing I could just grind hard with my herbalist everyday lol x.x Sooo much money wasted

I made my starter wolf a breeding male. Oof.

I do the clicking the explore button too fast and miss encounters, I die a little each time xD

I also tried the scrying stone for curiosity's sake thinking I could see the possible pups with markings listed and in their adult forms.. No.. You just see tiny images of pups with no idea how they'll look as adults and no markings to try and recreate the predictions.. I should have realized before but oops. 

I've also sometimes sent my herbalist out foraging first, THEN 'check my hunters and explorers only to find one has an illness that I need my herbalist to craft a remedy for.. but now I have to wait for her to finish foraging.
