[Chased] Allow players to encounter their own Chased wolves

It would have no disadvantages to people who don't care about gens. Breeding low-gen wolves is a personal challenge and a way for players to enjoy the game in their own style. Allowing players to encounter their own chased wolves as well as others would mean they could find and breed wolves they actually like, rather than having to sell or discard any chased wolves they find and search the trade center for their own. If you'd prefer not to encounter your own chased wolves, simply use the 'Send Away' button. |

 also, more people would chase with the intent to get them back which I don't know how i feel about that  edit: people saying they don't want to encounter their own potatoes, send off is a feature! |
