I chase a lot of wolves I do not wanna see ever again. Thats the purpose of the chase button. If its a wolf I bred for RNC than I wanna give others the chance to find a valuable wolf, or buy it back from them. Like yes I breed a lot of RNC and yes I love buying my own wolves back but thats the whole point. Giving others the chance to find your wolves. |

It would be amazing to find your own chased wolves every now again. It's rare encounter to find any chased wolves at all, so the chances of it being yours directly it already slim chances. Having players finding the generic wolves they chased is alright to me and I say this from being the one that Chases Wolves alot. Last year I chased over 100 plain NBWs around November (apologizes), and didn't have to deal with any of that with how the chasing mechanic works. In one hand it's unfair for those that have to suffer from such large amount potential getting into the chase pool but these actions does allow said player to potentially have a better chances of getting good Chased wolves if they don't have to deal with what they chased. If multiple people do this the Chase pool can get quite clustered with unsavory wolves so in the end everyone suffers from it. On the other hand people mainly Chase wolves to get rid of them or to surprise people and since chased wolves will delete if you encounter them and leave, this may leave the rare chances of minor annoyance to those that only want good wolves and/or let others find the wolves they chased and not themselves. Although they could just be claimed and giveaway such wolves or simply leave if they are unsavory we have choices. I do believe this can work but I feel it would do it's best if it was paired with options/Buttons that allows permanent Delete of unsavory wolves for a smoother flow of things since the chase button is out only quicker free way of getting rid of wolves as of right now. |

I don't know if this has already been suggested or if it would even be an option, but perhaps if the talent tree can be expanded (again, not sure if this has ever been explicitly clarified that it won't be) then it could be implemented as a talent? So people that don't want the function don't necessarily have to select it. |

There's a slim chance to encounter a chased wolf even less so one of yours so i see no reason why not. If you don't want them then you can just ignore them (Leave/fight) and go on your way. I'm personally waiting for the karma system Just so we'd have the other options of Killing/reserving maybe an escort instead of reserve of some kind? (Though maybe we could just get the options to do that since i know some people are iffy about karma) Which would delete them for sure from the game if you really don't want the chance for them to be seen as a NBW. |

100% agree that there should be a way to delete a wolf instead of chasing it. I just didn't mention in my post because I know it's in others. Im intrigued by the idea of including the option in the talent tree. I'd gladly use a talent for the option to run into my own chased. And those who don't want to run into what they're chasing would still have that option. |

I have chased some of my favorite wolves before they die just so they have a chance to appear again. Also, I snagged one of the wolves I chased off the TC once just because I was glad to have it back and have it unrelated to wolves in my pack - now I could breed it with any wolf in my pack and no longer risk inbreeding. I chased close to 30 yearlings in the last two days. Most I only chase because they are related to my breed male and I don't have enough breeding slots to justify keeping them. |

I might just enclave the Badgers from now on or list them for dirt cheap.. What's the point of raising them to chase when folks catch them and ask 300+GC for them? Which I can never afford.. Being able to have a chance to catch my own wonderful Multi Merle and double Panda Badgers that I have breeding 100's of pups to produce would make it worth raising them until adulthood then chasing them then.. Otherwise what's the point.. |

I'm just stating this because a couple of these replies feel almost like the wolf is owed back or implies there's a degree of frustration towards the finders of chased wolves/the prices they charge. Chasing wolves isn't designed to be a future investment or reward for the chaser, and shouldn't be treated as such. Regardless of if this suggestion is implemented or not. |
