I'm Christian but I wouldn't call myself "Godly". I do not go to church and I do not pray. My relationship with God is kinda crappy tbh. Honestly, I do not even like to reveal my faith to others because there are so many evil and loud Christians anymore. I read a Frederick Douglass quote that pretty much sums it up as Christians of the Land vs Christians of the Lord. Let it be your good character, kindness, and empathy be your display of faith. Lead by example. I live in fear of the Christians of the Land. When the time comes, and I fear the time may be soon, I will be standing with those the Land oppose and oppress. I would rather suffer than recite their false words and spew hate. |

I'm pretty traditional in my faith and I go to church even when I (somewhat frequently) don't agree with what's being said, I'm going because it's where I'm called, not for the people there pretty much |
