Option to Hide All Custom Decors

Option to Hide All Custom Decors

I have a suggestion that would be useful for players who would prefer to only see official site art when browsing Wolvden.

My suggestion is quite simple:
Add a toggle to Account Settings that lets us Hide All Custom Decors.
If a player choose to activate this setting then Custom Decors will not show on any wolf profiles the player visits, including on other players' wolves. The Custom Decors would still be equipped, they would simply just not show for a player who have opted out.
It would be possible to change your setting at any time under Account Settings.

Why should this be added?
While Custom Decors is a nice feature and can be a lot of fun, some players (myself included), prefer to only see official art made by official site artists. Custom decors can vary in quality and style, and can have much more unrealistic themes compared to official art. While this is appreciated by some players, other players can feel quite the opposite. I think my suggestion would give all players a chance to customise their Wolvden experience to their liking.

What is needed from the developers?
Coding.

Thank you all for reading!

While probably not the best excuse I'd be happy to not see them out of the pure jealousy/disappointment of seeing a decor on a wolf and thinking "Wow, that's cool!" Only for it to turn out being a custom decor - which I won't even pay GCs for a decor so they're all out of the question.

I would like this 100%!!!!!!

Lioden has a "Temporarily hide decor" feature.  WD should too!

I will pass over studs if they are too heavily decked out in decor, regardless of who made the artwork.  I hate having to go to the wardrobe, load the wolf and remove the decor just to see what is underneath.  Its tedious and not always feasible on mobile.

"You can see what a wolf has by looking at its profile information!"  Thank you, but I prefer seeing the beautiful markings rather than reading the marking info and percentages.  (Why bother with art if all you have to read is the markings?)

Some wolves are overburdened with decor of all kinds to the point of being impossible to see.  It would be so much easier to just turn them off on the wolf's profile page like Lioden does.

Id like something that hides all decor, not just custom decor.

As this suggestion can't really work as wolf images are rendered and flattened to a single image (rather than composed of layers of images as it currently is on Lioden), I will be closing this topic.
