Welcome to my Reptile Adopts!



This new adopt series focuses on realistic genetics for a multitude of reptile species. Right now we have leopard geckos and ball pythons.Depending on interest,  I may also add crested geckos, corn snakes, king snakes, and/or gargoyle geckos. I limit my species selection depending on what species has the most variety in morphs.

How does this work?

Mostly, you buy eggs or adult reptiles. Eventually there will be a breeding system in place so you can experiment with how different genetics might go together, and player-based shops in the form to sell the offspring or any unwanted reptiles. This is still very much a work in progress as I try to figure out how I can make this work without getting too swamped in it. So far reptiles take me about an hour to make, depending on complexity, so unless I get mods that can help me with the art (pm if interested) there will be a limit to how many people can play.

I'd like to start!


For now I'm accepting a maximum of 7 people that would like to join. To begin, you can choose between a leopard gecko or a ball python egg. You can choose two common morphs for your starter egg. Starter eggs are free, but any other egg after that will not be free. Prices depend on rarity and/or number of morphs. Eggs take three days to hatch. Please choose from the morph list on the next post.

Leopard Gecko Morphs


For more information on any morphs, visit the morphmarket and view the morphpedia they put together.

AlbinoLightly colored, with pink eyes and brown/pink/lavender marks.
Hypo Marks are muted, normally brown instead of black.
Jungle Unique, irregular patterning.
Murphy Patternless  Lacks any sort of pattern.
Mack Snow Generally pastel yellow/white with lavender and black marks.
Tangerine Deep orange coloring, usually with little to no patterning.
Bandit Bold head stripes resembling a bandit's mask.
Blizzard Patternless and lightly colored.
Eclipse Features pitch black eyes.
Hyper Xanthic Highlighter yellow coloring with bold, dark pattern.
Electric Similar to tangerine, but a brighter red-orange color.
Halloween Mask Dark, unusual markings, with head stripes.
Firebold Bright orange coloring with dark patterns and sometimes yellow highlights.
Super Hypo Only has spots on head and tail.
Lavender Light violet body.
NDBE Gorgeous gray-blue "moon" eyes.
Red Stripe Red stripe down the back.
Bold Stripe Pattern-free stripe down the back.
Abyssinian Red veining in the eyes.
Black Pearl Mostly or all black.
Cipher Stripe straight down the back.
Snake Eyes Half of the eye is black, the other half is normal.
Black Night Very dark coloring.
Pastel Bright marks, especially lavender, with a light colored head mark.

Ball Python Morphs


There are thousands of ball python morphs. Thousands. So I've included a 'surprise me' for these guys, which will give a random morph of that rarity that is not on the list.

Acid Irregular pattern and striped tail.
Albino Yellow and white.
Axanthic Increased white and silver coloring, otherwise normal.
Black Back Thick black stripe runs along the back.
Piebald Normal coloring with broken white blotches.
Ultramel Bright orange-yellow with chocolate pattern.
Bamboo Washed out pattern with a light base.
Clown Faded pattern with blotches on the side.
Tristripe Dark stripe down the back, sometimes with more along the sides.
Surprise Me!! Any other common morph.
Banana Pastel tan body with bright yellow marks.
Bumblebee Yellow body with dark brown or black patterning.
Candy Tan body with yellow marks and purple undertones.
Sulfur Light chocolate colors with grainy pattern.
Monsoon Very random squiggle pattern.
Pinstripe Dark line along the back, and dark horizontal lines throughout.
Surprise Me!! Any other uncommon morph.
Black Pastel Dark colored base, usually black or gray.
Blue-Eyed Lucy White base with blue eyes, with or without a yellow stripe.
Wrecking Ball Melted looking pattern.
Zebra Zebra-like stripes and a gray-gold body.
Bang Bright orange and black.
Surprise Me!! Any other rare morph.

There aren't really any rules other than the obvious. Don't claim my art as something you made. Don't steal any reptiles that are not yours. Be kind to others in the thread. If you have problems with anybody regarding the species,let me know and I'll see what I can do.

You are allowed to sell/give away your reptiles to wolvden users only please. Thank you.

Breeding Info



If you have one male and one female of the same species, they are able to breed to create offspring. Normally reptiles have tons of eggs, but obviously I'm not going to draw 20 geckos or snakes for one breeding. So breedings can have a maximum of three offspring, with the average being two. You can breed your reptiles as much as you want, and you can also stud out your males. The breeding fee is 100 per pairing.

If you'd like to breed to any listed stud, you have to contact the owner of the snake, via either post here or via PM. After you've paid I'll put the breeding through.

Omg omg omg I love this!!

Can I get two starter ball python eggs and am I able to buy one rare ball python eggs? Or am I just too early entirely? (I love sneks)

Sure! You get one starter egg in which you get to pick up to two common morphs. The other starter egg would be random and common. So your total would be 650 or 150 and 2
