Basically if you would like something written in the style of a neon sign, complete with a glow effect, just let me know what it is and what color you want the sign and I can whip something up. These take me like 20 minutes max, so unlimited requests. This is an amazing idea! Could I get a word?

Color of background: Black?
Shape of background (Bubble around letters, rectangle, ellipse, etc): Simple bubble outline around letters?
Can I use this as an example?: Of course!

Here you go! Wasn't sure exactly how you wanted the blue and pink mixed so I did a few different options. Let me know if you want any other changes!
