Moon nodded "I am think you're right, but if he gets even more injured then I am gonna lead the hunts without asking anything!" She said to Alibi then trotted back to Sun's den "I am sorry.... I still think myself as a hunter, even after so many years! You can lead the hunts but if you get more injured, I'll lead without asking!" She said to him. |

Nix burst out and laughed, he put his paw up to his face not wanting Pumpkin to see the laughter on his face. "I-I am s-so sorry!" He said in between breaths. |

Sun looked up and wrinkled his nose. "Okay…" he said, half-grateful at the half-apology. "I appreciate your concern. It's just a back injury, it's not a spot that gets exercised much during a hunt." He stood, stretching, and sighed. "Probably time to show your daughter I'm not that old and creaky. Honestly, Apollo's older than me! And I'm only middle aged." He gave a short, barking laugh and headed out to find something to do. |

The scout giggled. "It's fine," she said with a smile, rolling her shoulders. "Woo! I'm tired. Might be time to take a nap," she said with a smile. It was still midday, and the sun felt warm and inviting. |

Nix looked at Pumpkin, "Well after or before you take a nap, I hunted a bull elk up north from here." He looked the other direction and walked over to Phoenix and sat down in front of him (Yay, a new character. I will make him now) |

"Hello alpha!" Phoenix stood up and nuzzled him as a greeting along with waging his tail. "Hey Phoenix!" Nix greeted him as well and sat on a rock, "What brings you here? Prey is getting scarce and I don't know why, birds are everywhere and I don't have much experience getting birds as I can't fly either." Phoenix gave a little report while also half giggling. Nix Alba "Ah yes! Pumpkin told me after she got back from her scouting, perhaps other wolves?" Nix suggested, "I would have scented them along with Pumpkin, I don't think it's wolves. Maybe it's just the upcoming seasons and herds are just moving faster?" Phoenix looked at Nix, knowing that he was worried. "Maybe." He gave in and laid down next to Phoenix. |
