Skidding to a stop, Roan sighed, his ears down. He didn't like the weird complicated nature of hunting with a team. He wasn't allowed to catch the damn thing on his own?! He grumbled softly to himself before standing up and nodding glumly at Moon. "Good catch," he said to her, forcing a smile. Sun Sun tilted his head at the dead doe. "Well, anyway…" he muttered, glancing up at Roan. "Excellent performance, Roan. You were quite fast— and very confident. Probably could have caught it on your own. But let's work on your teamwork." He glanced down, thinking about what Apollo had said in the meeting, that Sun would have to choose another wolf to lead one more hunting party. Hmm… he thought, tilting his head at Roan. |

Water PackAlpine The scraggly old she-wolf glanced up. She'd been taking a walk, when the annoyingly familiar sound of yapping puppies. She finally decided to follow the sound. "Oh, great," she grumbled, glaring at the pups. "Did you two fall in the river?" She stamped her feet in the snow, shaking the dust out of her white fur. "Hmm. This one goes within a week," she predicted, tapping the male on the head. "Probably'll die of hypothermia. This one…" she glanced at the female. "Might last a bit longer." |

Apollo Apollo looked at Roan "Quite impressive. You need to understand how to work as a team, we don't rely on one wolf that's why Toyak" He pointed at her "Was sitting right there so that if the doe escaped, she could stop it for sometime. Now you can meet everyone!" He said then turned to Sun "Are you coming?" He asked before dragging the carcass back to the camp. Moon Moon nodded "Thanks newcomer! I am Moon, the alpha female of the pack." She greeted him with a respectful bow. |

Seeing Warrior's apologetic response, Lark sat down sighing. It was to be expected, Lark supposed. Warrior was still pretty young, after all. Still feeling a bit irritated from being bit, but conceding that it wasn't the pup's fault, he eventually flicked his tail as a reluctant invitation for Warrior to continue doing what he had been doing. "Fine. Go ahead and play with it if you want. Just don't bite it off, alright?" |
