Robin followed, if slowly.
"I didn't necessarily mean climb a tree.." He muttered, convinced that if there were other wolves about and they were what he suspected, they could climb trees. "Hey, you might wanna come down, that tree probably isn't the best place for you right now. Considering that it's freezing out here." He added, his tone as calm as he could make it, but some annoyance and a bit of fear snuck into his voice.
raven looked around ''well talking to a wolf or uh what are you again? isnt very normal'' she said still sitting on a high perch on the tree ''its not that cold or well to most people maybe but you know when u spend more time in the cold snow and swimming in icy rivers you get a bit used to it'' she said ''plus you do not look real ok did i mention that im talking to a wolf human thing'' she pointed out mostly to herself can they climb trees i mean maybe but yea probably oo i wonder if they can like swap any time or only day or night oooo could i make friends with onee oh wait right focus she thought studying them
"Yesterday I would've said I'm human, but, not anymore. I might be a wolf, or this might be one very weird dream." Robin stated, in an attempt at humor. He looked up, towards the tree. She can't exactly stay up there forever. He thought, took a step back. "I can't argue with that, but I also don't like cold rivers." He stated, gave a shudder at the thought of ice cold water. "Well ... I am real, regardless of what you may think."
she listened quietly for a moment before slipping off the branch she was on backward.she grabbed the branch and flipped down onto the branch below in a few seconds landing and then hanging upside down looking right into his eyes ''i mean cold rivers arnt for everyone i suppose'' she said only half joking ''i came to study wolves due to them being awsome in my opinion yet i didnt think of all things id meet one so interesting'' she said
(kinda tempted to change her name to storm and raven be a nick name ngl lol)
"After what happened, I'm not about to go swimming in a cold river. I was cold enough earlier." Robin stated, his hands in his jacket's pockets, and he leaned against the trunk of a different tree. "Look, these wolves, if they are what I think they are, they're no normal wolves." He continued, tried to make sense of what was going on.
"Why go alone? I mean, you're hurt, aren't you? If I can smell that, so can the ones who attacked me."
she nodded thoughtfully raising herself up for a moment ''my main question is why do u care?'' she asked looking at them closely what if they plan to attack me when i come down tho why not attack me now hm interesting well as for going alone they have a point same for the smell thing also thats kinda cool she thought
Robin sighed, and gave a shrug. "I don't. Not me personally at least, I don't know you. Let's face it, there's gotta be someone who'll miss you if you don't come home, right? Someone who'll put you up as a missing person, go looking, everywhere. Trying so hard to find you, and perhaps succeeding, perhaps not. What will they think? I can't tell you what to do, but if I had had the chance, I'd had made a run for it." He stated, then reached for a branch, beginning to pull himself up. "I'm not about to hurt you by the way. Just coming up, if you don't mind."
she thought for a moment ''no not really'' she muttered ''my parents are dead and everyone else hates me in my family the only loved ones i have are my dogs'' she said ''and at the moment im not scared of you mostly just curious'' she added she was now hanging down again and she swung her self back and forth in possibly boredom
Robin pulled himself up onto a branch that looked sturdy enough to hold. "Oh. Shouldn't have assumed. Sorry. Dogs are like that, though. Loyal." He replied, looking down, briefly. "I'm not worth being curious about, I'm no one special. I'm Robin. No one special, apart from what you just saw. Really." He continued, and out of habit, fiddled with the chain of the pendant around his neck. "Came out here to watch the forest, and well, I think I got more forest than I bargained for. Way more." He gave a slight laugh, but it was a slightly bitter one. "Would love to find out who they actually are.."
she nodded ''yea they are'' she said ''im storm but im also call raven its a bit of a nick name from when i took care of a hurt raven'' she said ''and everyone is special in there own way'' she said cheerfully
