Probably during the final part of the event. There's still Tier 3 to open & may be more story to go with it. If they follow what they did during the first event we'll receive 1 of the new bases after we finish the last of the story.
Pure guessing on my part.

It seems like last year there was a "spoiler" for how to end up with Moss vs Clover. I've got my fingers crossed that developers or someone post the same for the Annwn/Wisp base!

No, all currency stays in your account.

You can see totals of all your currency with a log of all transactions. I don't remember where I found this posted but I didn't know about it until the Cataclysm event so I bookmarked it.

I knew SQ stays, but I was meaning the Chunk bundles that are in our hoards. I have over a 100 and I'm afraid they'll go poof if I don't use them.
