 i put my trust in sirona to come up with a plan on her own that might actually do something and SORELY regretted it...come onnnn girl im not gonna kick her when she's down but wtf did she think that was gonna accomplish. she didnt even bother to LIE properly

 I made Sirona come with me- because she had been acting shifty/weird to me the last few interactions, so no way was I trusting her to go off on her own. Then I obviously chose Lowen- to reunite him with his family unit; mate and pups. Wish I could have seen the reunion- but there's next year. |

It doesn't feel...like a satisfactory ending. There is no 'happy' ending, there is no resolution, just ongoing strife. I really hope this gets expanded again next year. I'm also not really happy that there didn't really seem to be any choice in ANYTHING that was done. It might as well have been a cutscene storyline with no choices offered to us for all the good done. There is no satisfaction in the end, there is no conflict resolution, just a delay. There is no 'good' ending, all of the choices are bad and the wolves just going along with the Faelcu without honestly even TRYING to put up a fight felt cheap and against the characterization for them that was already set up. Honestly, I am probably only going to play the storyline next year if there is an addition to it, in hopes of a better resolution. I don't want to go through that again just to have the disappointment. The base applicators aren't worth it to me. Made me sad. |

I was happy enough with how it ended, despite how depressing the story was, I really got a sense that there will be a continuation and a way to defeat the Faelcu will be found. I can't help but imagine there was a deeper reason why Lowen's memory was wiped - he may be the key (don't know if Conall's memory was also wiped, for those who picked him), and he'll end up remembering eventually. It's amusing to imagine him meeting his own pups for the first time, I have no idea how he's gonna take it lol, since in his own mind they literally popped outta nowhere. The only thing I didn't like in the story this time was Quany's attitude. He seemed kinda snappy towards my lead, especially when he was telling the story about An Aonta and I said "I can see where this is going..." and I didn't mean it sarcastically, but Quany really snapped like "Well why don't YOU finish the story, since you know it so well?" Not even bantering playfully, like. I loved Lorcan's character, so sweet and temperamental. If my lead was a female, I would have definitely assumed he had a crush. |
