"I did, didn't I?" He asked with a smug smile. "Well, you look more like a SandWing than I do, if that makes you feel better." He said, flicking his tail.

"What are you up to now?" He offered nervously, although he had a sinking feeling he knew what she was up to. He hoped she was a spy and not an assassin, since both were possibilities.

"Ah, that makes sense." He said with a false chuckle. He didn't regret not eating the cake though; if she was a spy, she had probably poisoned it.

Even if it wasn't poisoned, it wouldn't be as good as my brother's cooking. He thought with a pang of sadness.

"Well, if you want to take a break from spying, Clover and Hawk are eating at my house." He offered with a casual shrug. "There's roasted pig and fruit, among other things."

"Well, like I told you before, my mother told me to never rest angry." He shook his head. "Plus, there's no use holding a grudge against you because you threw me out. You might have saved me from Silent Strike's more... punishing ways, for all I know."

He nodded in the direction of his house. "If you want to come, you're more than welcome."
