Go to their Profile page, at the bottom right you can open their Wishlist if you want to see what they've added there.

To give them the Gift go to their Den page.
At the top you'll see all the options in your Hoard displayed to choose from including SC & GC.
Below that are options for the Gift wrapping you want to use.
Then choose whether to leave your gift anonymously or not.

Important: You can only leave 1 gift per player so make sure of your item choices because you can't edit your gift after you leave it.
