If you check your hoard you might have an item called healing salve, use that. If not then when exploring if you find the pool and get the option to inspect or drink, pick inspect and you should get some.

You can also randomly get events in explore that increase or decrease HP. There are also other events that your choice can give you HP. [Grouse House Guide] Explore Encounters has a list.
