I'm sure most of you have already noticed that the guides have been delayed on updates as of late! Unfortunately the pasky character limit and limited CSS on the forums has gotten to us yet again and since Wolvden can't do anything to help, we've made the decision to start moving our guides to bigger and better things - our own website! Rest assured that the website is in the works behind the scenes and we'll be back soon with nice, shiny, new guides! However, it will need a bit of testing and troubleshooting before everything can be moved over. Thus, we'll be moving larger resources (like markings and explore encounters) first until we can get the hang of things. In the meantime, our forum guides, fandom wiki and google sheets will remain in place. However, they will not be edited to reflect new updates. We'll also always be around in here and in the forums to answer questions while our guides are outdated. If anyone asks where we've gone, you can just let them know that we're taking a little break and working on re-writing things. We do apologize for any inconvenience this might cause, but hope to see you all again once our website has launched! |

Thank you to everyone who has been supportive through the absence and offered help - it's all appreciated so much! The forum guides have been my responsibility for the past 3 years and creating them is a hobby I enjoy very much, but I found myself in a place where I was unable to work on them for the latter half of the year last year. I'm happy to have taken some time to recover, and I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of things! Grouse House Going Forward We've known for a while that the forums aren't well suited for our purposes and are ultimately not sustainable for large wiki projects. Editing and crediting guides is not enjoyable when the medium doesn't allow as much freedom, ease, and collaboration as we'd like. With that being said, we're excited to start experimenting with hosting our resources on a dedicated website - https://grousehouse.wiki/ Based off of Mediawiki software so that all of our Grouse helpers can work together, we hope that this new format will expand what we're capable of sharing through our guides. Before we're able to start sharing more resources and features on site, I'd like to do some preemptive testing to make sure everything works smoothly for you all, particularly with website loading and accessibility. Right now, one of our longest guides, the Lunar Event guide, is available on the site, and we would love to hear from you about any issues or feedback you have when viewing it! We'll be working on getting the website much more mobile-friendly in the meantime. Thanks again for everyone's support.. we're excited to see where this new development can take us!
