Aloe dipped his head and said nothing. Suddenly he had an idea. He whistled to Twitch who fluttered over to rest between Anise's ears. |

"Influenza outbreak..?" He then had a determined look on his face. He kept his distance, reasonably not wanting to get sick. "My niece is a herbalist. She can try to help your pack?" Mother taught Cece well. I'm sure she'll be able to help. "My pack isn't too far away from here, so I can bring her over to help!" The scout yiped happily before composing himself. "Where are my manners, I almost forgot!" Setting Suns took a step forward with a lowered head. "Thank you for helping me deal with the coyotes. I'm Setting Suns, a scout of the Galactic Ones." He then bowed with a polite smile. "Let me go get Cece!" The colorful male then cantered off back to the grasslands, not wanting to waste anymore time. Berry Bark - Grasslands // Galactic Ones Territory After a bit of sulking, Berry Bark finally got out of the herbalist den. She went back to her burrow and curled up in her bedding. It was late afternoon, and a little rest wouldn't hurt until she had to go back out in the evening. Soon, Berry fell asleep peacefully, glad Smolder wasn't there to pester her some more. |

Aloe looked up and spotted a fellow scout, a male called Setting Suns. He was running toward Cece's cave with a determined look on his face. "Hey! Setting Suns! What's wrong? What are you doing?" Aloe shouted to him. He darted in front of him cutting him off. |

Setting Suns skidded to a stop before he could crash into Aloe. "Oh, there's a pack in the deciduous suffering an influenza outbreak. I was on my way to go and get Cece." He said before heading around Aloe. He continued on his path back to the Galactic One's Territory. *Hopefully she wasn't sent out foraging yet..* |

"An Influenzna outbreak?" He said concerned. "Anise might be able to help. She's a traveling herbalist." Aloe said gesturing to Anise. "And my brother, Kava would help to." He continued gesturing to his brother's cave. "I'll go get him!" Aloe called over his shoulder and raced toward his brother's cave. He skidded in and quickly told Kava the situation. Kava - Grasslands Kava was calmly resting in his cave when his brother skidded into the cave. He sighed as Aloe told him about the Infuenza outbreak. "Alright" He sighed, and heaved himself to his feet. "I'll help" He stretched and began grabbing his deerskin pouches. He went over to a stone ledge and pulled several owl - made bottles off the ledge and put them in his pouches. He yawned, then stretched again before following Aloe back to where Setting Suns and Anise stood. |

When Aloe suddenly ran off, Anise's head snapped up. She followed him to find a weak and sick wolf, legs seeming like they might fall out from under them. "Oh dear, are you okay?! I'm Anise, what's wrong?" She quickly began scrambling through her herb bag. "I've got a few medicines mixed up already-" |

Char awoke in a cave, as she so often did, but there was no wolf by her side this time. She blearily opened her eyes, gathered up her belongings, and shook all the morning dampness out of her fur. Taking a jog to get some exercise, Char trotted along a river, humming quietly to herself. Suddenly, a loud commotion drove her into the bushes. She narrowed her eyes from her hiding place. "What the..." she hissed softly, annoyed at the interruption. |

Aloe dashed back, Kava at his side. He found Anise bent over a weak, obviously sick wolf. "Oh! Oh my! Is she okay?" Aloe said nervously watching Anise and Kava examine the wolf. Kava - Grasslands Kava dashed over and looked at the wolf. "Influenza. It's spreading." He said gravely. "We need to treat her before any of us catch the disease." He said in the same tone. He pulled out a small bottle (owl made), unscrewed the cap and gently poured the semi - liquid mush down her throat. |

"Did you just... guess that, just by looking?" Anise asked the green wolf quizzically. "And... aren't you... that's not how influenza works, it's not like a wound you can just treat. The virus is already all over the wolf, it's going to take a lot more than that to get rid of it. Here," Anise paused, gently taking a bundle of moss and plants soaked in water and swabbing the wolf's forehead, legs, and chest with it, " I, or we, if you want to risk it, can take care of her until she's better, which most likely will take about a week, and she can also give us directions to her pack so we can help them. If you don't want to help, keep yourself quarantined." |
