Marcus grins mischievous like and says "technically you are her boyfriend, 'cause your a boy and her friend. Therefore you are her boyfriend!" He smiles triumphantly at Kaz then playfully punches Kaz's shoulder and says "hey, if you ever get curious about Maple tell me first! Deal?"


Maple stopped on the second flight of stairs, which floor was she supposed to be on? She didn't care go back for fear that Kaz would think she was stupid, and Marcus would get angry. What should she do?

Marcus grumbles then states "I've confused you haven't i? Maple says I confuse everyone!"



Maple decided to keep going up the stairs, there was no way she was going to talk to Marcus after he embarrassed her in front of Kaz. Speaking of which, she should have asked for his number, Kaz seemed like the kind of guy a person could just talk to when they needed to talk.
