Marcus slowly walked down the sidewalk back towards the college, he had seen a cave near the college maybe they were still open and he could grab a snack, and look for a hotel to stay at. Maple would have to figure her own thing out... But maybe he should warn her, Marcus sent a text to Maple then continued walking down the street.

Maples gets a surprise look and says "I'm definitely looking into getting a room here! " her phone buzzes and she glances at it, she frowns, Marcus just texted that he was staying elsewhere tonight, that meant she would be home alone with mom... Not a good option. Maple stands up "Kaz, I really appreciate your hospitality but I need to get home... My mom will be wanting me, could you show me to the- the elevator?" Maple shivers at the thought of getting on an elevator when her phone buzzes again. She looks at it and when she reads the message she gets a disturbing feeling in her stomach and frowns even more.
