Hey there Evil! This is indeed still active, though I have been lazy about promoting it lately. I should be able to get the two Chibis to you within the next 3 days or so since I am about the start my work week. You may send the trade at any time, but rest assured I won't accept until your piece is done. If you are worried because of what's happened to you in the past you can always just send me half before I get started :)
