Grandpa was still skeptical. "I'm still not sure if we can ever return to Shella.." The old wolf sighed, his gaze falling to the ground. "But at least the pups are happy, and you seem like good company to Dash." His eyes met Declan once more, giving him a smile. "Thank you for sticking around." He dipped his head at Declan.
