Can you get random lethals with an instant pup delivery?

I use a lot of instant pup deliveries when I breed. Does this item wipe all chances of getting a random lethal mutation? Or are they just EXTREMELY rare?	☕️Cappu☕️ #92993

I believe Instant Pup Delivery has no effect on whether mutations are produced or not. Lethals are just too rare and difficult to breed.
