The Pack of Amarok is a strong one. The Alpha, Yura is a strong leader. Her Mate Sitka, is one of the best scouts the pack has seen in years. The Pack of Amarok is a matriarchy. Females are held much higher than males; not that males aren't important and crucial to the pack's survival. Akna is the future Alpha female, this honor was bestowed upon her the moment she was born. Akna's future mate, Atka, was found abandoned by the small river that run through their territory. He almost didn't survive.

The future is not promised, and the Pack of Amarok will have to fight everyday in order to survive
