The founders of this pack, Crow and Maple, migrated here from far-off lands to a vast grassland, and then to a bountiful prairie. Between Crow’s protective behavior and Maple’s fairness, the two govern their pack well.
In times of famine, the pups and nursing females eat first, then the leaders and herbalist may eat. The hunting party that took down the prey gets to eat next, and then the scouts and pup sitters can get their share.
