Night-Born Pack

Organization of Wolves:

The  "Night Born Family" Cave is only for descendants of leaders, past and present, and for those who are the first 5 adult pack wolves (besides Silver Moon) and their descendants.

I'm going to make a dynasty cave sometime in the future, which is for wolves whose great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, and themselves are all born into the pack, but that's a long way off.

Hierarchy:

So here is the hierarchy of wolf ranking, from most powerful and valued to least powerful and valued. An alpha can have any of these wolves as their mate.

Alpha (only 1) - manages the pack and handles various matters inside and outside the pack

Alpha's mate and Beta (one apiece) - Hunter and/or pup sitter, exceptions can be made

Beta's mate and Gamma (one apiece, unless fulfilled by the same wolf) - Pupsitter and/or herbalist, exceptions can be made

Gamma's Mate (optional) - herbalist and/or scout, exceptions can be made

Omega: Scout (can mate with anyone)

Why the wolves' names seem a little weird:

Pups bred from in-pack parents get their middle name from the dad and the mom's last name. Exceptions, such as Tenebris and Aureum, are when the father and mother share the same last name, in which case the first names of father and mother are connected to form the middle name. Also, some of the names are Latin. Enter them into Google Translate to find out what they mean

Footnotes:

Footnotes denote how the particular wolf was acquired, so B stands for befriended, P stands for purchase, and C stands for Customized. D stands for dynasty, and both them and their parents have to have been born into the pack for it to count (it also counts if one/both their parents were befriended in and never sold, or if they are the child of the lead wolf). "I" means that they were born in the pack, but one or more of their parents were not born into the pack. If they are descended from the 1st 5 (the first 5 wolves to ever be in the pack), they still count as D.

Breeding reminder to myself:

Nyx is the pack leader and the only one who gets exclusive breeding (basically, she gets to breed with the stud male first, unless he has limited energy and I have a breeding project). However, Golden Moon is Nyx's mate, so he doesn't get to breed with anyone else. Nyx also gets the first shot at heat/breeding items if I don't have a specific wolf I want to use them on. Silver gets second dibs, meaning that Silver gets bred after Nyx and uses all heat/breeding items second if both Nyx and Silver are in heat.
