The Ring

✗ Fangs clip into your scruff as the behemoth slams you into the mossy ground, a thick fog stirring around your stature as your tightened lungs rasp for air, invaded by the dense mist. Your ears are pinned in fear, your throat swelling as it suppresses a whine. He displays a toothy grin, the tense silence broken by words of venom.

"𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙘," the ebony wolf spits, a snarl sound in his voice. "𝙔𝙤𝙪'𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙪𝙘𝙠𝙮 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡. 𝘽𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙧𝙮 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝, 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙡."

Beneath the smoking, calm exterior of the wolf, the tension was there, voids for eyes boring into your soul as your flanks heave in dread. You swallow back as much fear as possible, gaze faltering from the towering male. "𝙅-𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙢𝙚, 𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 ..." You whine, mustering as much voice as you can. The mask cracks, shattering into eons of anger. You were done for.

"𝙄'𝙡𝙡 𝙙𝙤 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙙𝙖𝙢𝙣 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩, 𝙩𝙝𝙡𝙚𝙮!"

The shadows swallow you, for not even the constellations can save you.
