It is said that the Bright Ridge pack has existed for far longer than any living wolf can remember, known only through the stories passed from the maws of the present pack members. Originally founded in the great rolling high mountains, the pack has come to reside on the edge of a great redwoods forest they call Bright Ridge. To the southeast, a winding river gradually turns into an expansive swampland. In the north, the high mountains are considered impassable, and to the west, the steep rocky cliffs fall away to meet the crashing waves of the ocean. The pack can be found patrolling these borders vigilantly from neighboring packs and loners.In the current era, the alpha Braken has led with stern but equitable force, at times both ruthlessly unabashed in his exile of unfavorable wolves and yet merciful in taking in those that meet his standards.
