He stared back at me. I was shaking. I was bleeding. I had no idea what I was doing anymore. I just walked closer to the wolf who had his claws bathed in blood.

silvercrest keepers
who would've known that this could happen?
silvercrest keepers stand tall in a valley. it's a wasteland, simply. a carrionplace for humans. it's foggy. dark. or as some would say, abandoned.
ever since the sky got dark for a quarter moon, they've changed lots. ancestry is no more. after all, ever since their ancestors let this happen, they no longer rely on them. they would be fools. when the sky was dark, the world was dangerous. specific wolves grew into massive beasts. they grew large horns. a bloodthirsty personality. a hunger for power. they grew big teeth. spurs. their fur became matted with dried blood. their past life as a plain wolf was no longer present. another thing that happened was that the stars disappeared. their ancestors left them to die. to fend for themselves. they didn't care. not at all. ancestry was stupid after all.
"but my ancestors will be mad at me..."
"and you care about that?" he asks with a sharp voice. i turn with narrowed eyes. "what do you mean?" he stares at me. his eyes glitter viciously. i don't know what to do. i need help. help me out of this pack. out of his sight. forever, never to be seen again. "ancestry." he answers. i stood silent. dead silent. my ears rang. i stayed still, like i was frozen. "im not sure." i whisper. he stares at me and sulks forth. "then you're like us." he declares in a hushed tone. i tilt my head. "sorry?" i feel my heart drop. i didn't want to stay here forever. "you're one of us now."
- what is this place?
- nobody knows.
- why doesn't anyone know?
- they aren't sure.
what an interesting pack. it's rather ambient, to say the least. oh well.
