The Guardians of Demons are a pack of wolves who live in the Burnt Lands, a land constantly burned by wildfires. Oni led a few wolves to a more livable place in the center. Most died on the way, leaving Kiba and Oni the only members left of their old pack. Oni decided that their goddess has left them so they will side with the demons instead.
