Deep in the Okefenokee Swamp lies a dangerous and unseen predator. No, not the black bears who call the swamp home. Nor even the alligators who terrorize local tourists, causing many humans to avoid the swamp entirely.

No, this predator lurks in the shadows, blurring with their environment until they are nothing more than eyes peering out of the darkness. They wade through the murky water slowly, so as not to disturb the surface to where they could be seen. With algae growing from their fur and pelts decorated with sticks and leaves, the wolves of the Okefenokee are rarely seen, capable of blending in with their environment like alligators in the night. The locals only know them through questionable rumors that have never been proven, but they are very real, always lying in wait for the perfect time to strike.

Tread carefully with every step, for even the tiniest of slips could prove fatal for those unfamiliar to the territory. This is a dangerous land, and far too many monsters lie hidden in the depths for one to make a careless mistake.
