The Prowling Hunters
~Pack Lore~
Wandering into an unknown land, Demon, the first alpha of the Prowling Hunters was worried, scared even. But that all faded away when he met Snowdrift. She became his queen, ever standing by him, and though they started as 'just packmates' they fell in love quickly, and their bond became strong as steel, hard as iron, and as resilient as rock. Their sacred bond became known as 'Petra' by greek wolves, 'Taakat' by Hindi wolves, and 'navždy' by slovakian wolves. The gods approved when they looked down on them, and blessed them with a single daughter, Stream, else known as 'Peka'. She vowed to look after the pack when her parents left the earth, and to ensure her children do the same. She soon fell in love as well, and the pack grew and prospered. A great herbalist, sent by fate, joined them as well, BrightPelt, or BrightEyes and many hunters and keen eyed and swift scouts followed. They made their home in the welcoming Deciduous forest of Wolvden, it opened its eaves to them and pulled them into its sanctuary. Even when lightning flashed above, or storms threaten consume them, it held strong, in despair or in great joy, it always provided the same security and shelter as the first alpha had wished for from the stars.
