"Females rule this pack, what the high females say it's the code. If you don't listen, it won't go quite well. Males are under females. Female pups, adolscents, and others are more important. Death here doesn't matter, it's life. If you die, you die."

Females always have the higher roles. Though hunting and scouting are high roles as well,, but the important ones. Like lead, healer, and pupsitters—if they are needed.

Lead's are only allowed to be the main leaders daughters, once she dies her daughter will take her name and become the lead for the pack.

Healer's are essentially the second in command to healers, as important as leads but a rank lower. They stay females as well, they aren't required to be in the same family as the current one. That doesn't matter, it's all for who the lead chooses.

Pupsitter's are females who don't do any work, usually, unless there are no pups to be taken care of. Though very rare occasions pups will be watched. If the lead says so. It won't always happened.
