Skyreach's Song
A pack of wolves that reach for the sky. No matter where they live, their hearts find their home in the wind.
They live in the highest reaches of the mountains, in a looping cave system that allows the wind to whistle through everyone's pelts at all times. This cave system also allows singing to be heard throughout the den with little effort. It's very useful to the Leader for announcements. It also helps promote pack togetherness, as it's very easy to start a pack-wide song without moving to the main cavern.
When it storms, these wolves howl their hearts out in worship of the mighty sky.
When the Song travels to other biomes, they live on and in the tallest hills (or trees, if they're large enough) with the best view of the sky.
