Hey, I'm Bite (he/him), welcome to my den!
I am new to the game, but have several long-term projects I plan to start. Here's a list of them!
1. Breed a wolf with white merle in all 10 slots. I want it as low gen as possible, so I'm starting with chased wolves with as many white merle markings as I can find. No inbreeding! I'm hoping to make many wolves with white merle in many slots so I can chase them and reset their lineages, and hopefully find them in the trading center one day to buy them back :) Once I start chasing wolves, I will keep a R&C log.
2. Same as #1, but with black merle patches in all 10 slots.
3. Breed a wolf that is a carrier for all 4 mutations? Not sure if this is possible or at all practical, I haven't done the research. I'm too new to the game to be able to afford testing my wolves' carrier statuses, so this is a distant dream.
4. Space-themed wolves. I plan to have a den full of brightly colored celestial wolves, most of which have Patches mutations or other black markings so that they look like voids of space with colorful galaxies in them :D I mainly want colors that look somewhat dull, rather than super bright, and saturated colors rather than pastels. Blue, green, and purple will probably make up most of this den, but I want a galaxy wolf in yellow, red, pink, and orange as well. Most of these wolves will have multiple colors that look nice together. I'm also thinking of mainly trying for Lunar colors, since it would fit with the space theme and a lot of them would look great for this goal.
5. Cryptids!! I want a den full of spooky demon monster wolves! Main colors will be black, white, various other monotones, red, and purple. Lots of spectral eyes, and various other spooky special eyes like snallygaster and red. Lots of wraith markings, I love wraith!!! Basically any wolf that looks like a goth's dream pet. If anyone ever reads this and thinks they have a wolf I'd be interested in, feel free to message me about it! :)
6. Poisons? I think it would be fun to have a line of wolves themed after various poisons, mushrooms, etc. Main colors would be black, purple, and green, particularly faelcu base and markings. Also some that resemble poisonous mushroom species maybe? This category may just be combined with the cryptid category.
7. .....other? I want lots of special bases and markings, and I am obsessed with all the piebalds so I need tons of those. Will probably just be trying to make pretty wolves.
***SPECIAL PROJECT: I am trying to make a very specific wolf! I need a G1 squid female, which I will breed to someone's G1 stud with a piebald mutation and after many tries, perhaps get lucky enough to get a G2 squid with a piebald mutation. Then I have some apps I plan to use on him to make him gorgeous, and hopefully set him as my stud!! I haven't set a breeding male yet, and I'm new to the game, so I'm not suuuuper sure what other people think makes for a high demand stud, but surely a G2 piebald squid would be desirable? Right? Right??
NOTABLE EVENTS:
3/7/25: won raffle stud breeding to Draven IV! It was the first raffle stud raffle I entered, too! I bred him to Bloodbone, and used a black sage so she would have 4 pups.
