PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS JUST SOMETHING THAT CAME TO MY HEAD, NOT SOMETHING THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO MY WOLVES.
Barking winds is a pack that lives in the Prairie. Their leader, Pancake found the pack when escaping confinement from humans. Many people came to see her and the other wolves in the place, or what they called a 'zoo'.
One day, suddenly the earth shook, which caused chaos. Buildings fell and animals and humans died that day. As it stopped, many of the animals there either died or escaped. Pancake escaped luckily and ran into the wilderness, never looking back.
She finally made it to these territories and started to build this pack with the help of Waffle, a lone wolf who was chased out of his pack. The name, Barking winds was settled when they both heard the sounds of barking that slowly fading out in the wind. They couldn't find the source of the barking, but believe it was a sign that making the pack was meant to be. The pack still grows this day, proudly and happily together...
Barking winds live on peace and freedom. Many of the wolves are nice and sweet, not really wanting to pick with others. They like nature, so they normally have flowers or herbs in their nest or on their fur.
You are seen as powerful, yet wise if you have a butterfly hovering around you all the time. Pancake, Waffle, and Kale are the only ones who have this as of right now, but depending on how wolves act more can come or leave.
Wolves can be chased out if they have broken the peace by doing something wild or have become violent and scary to others. Pups are chased out due to them showing signs of this, but first, they try to give them away before doing that.
