Wisdom Pack

The morning sun rose slowly, it's light shining brightly. Morning dew dripped down from the pine trees, as it was shined by the light. Deep within the alpine mountains was a small den site. It was surrounded by tall coniferous trees and rocky terrain. Inside was a pack of wolves, still asleep.

A noise croaks from the dark cave. Slowly, a dark colored wolf walks out. His amber eyes gazed at the terrain calmly, but with intent to explore. The male stretched his legs out, and walked out of the den. He looked back at the den and noticed his dam opening her eyes. 

''Why are you up Wis?'' The female barked as she stood up and walked up to her son. She softly licked his lips and pulled her ears back. ''I want to go. I want to have my own pack.'' He barked, his tail laying still. The female whined and frowned sadly. ''You sure Wis?'' She whined.

''Yes.'' He nuzzled her softly. 

She frowned and sighed. ''Okay, be safe.'' She lowered her head and flattened her ears.

''I promise.'' He nodded to her before running into the lush forest. He felt free.

Wisdom is a level headed, clever male wolf who leads his own pack; Wisdom Pack.

Him, his littermates, and his mother left his pack after a ramped avalanche wiped out his pack. It was a very cold litter, and only the strong pups survived. Wisdom was one of them, and he strived to stay alive as long as possible. As he would grow, he would constantly leave his den-site and explore through the forest. Although he would gain scars and injuries, it gave him far more knowledge than his siblings had. His kin would stay near his dam at all times, however Wisdom refrained from that. Once he was 11 months, he departed from his kin and mother to search for his own pack. After weeks of fights, cold, and fear, he found a lonesome bitch who he would claim as his mate, Oleander. They would birth their first pups, Lune and Nuit, which were the first pups to be born in Wisdom Pack. Wisdom would continue to claim more wolves for his pack, growing to have a healthy pack of strong canines.
