Pack of the Wayward

A secretive, close-knit group of wolves that tries their very hardest to keep outsiders out and away from whatever secrets they're hiding. What, exactly, it is that they're hiding... that, nobody knows, although rumors abound. Some wolves who have encountered this pack called it a cult, while some say they're hiding magic powers or even something as trivial as stores of valuable items.

Nobody has ever found out what it is they're hiding and left.

✵ All leads must be a descendant of Ciar and carry a wraith mark

✵ Wolves will not be taken in from outside the pack if they have any popular studs (200+ pups bred) in their lineage. Pairbond bred pups are preferred

✵ Warm- and Muted-based wolves are preferred, as they often have an easier time with camouflage in their desert environment.

✵ Resources are scarce in the desert - therefore, the pack may have a maximum of 18 working wolves - 5 pupsitters, 10 hunters, 1 herbalist, and 2 scouts. Older wolves who retire and become mentors are allowed to stay until their natural death, but new wolves will not be accepted in if the pack is too overcrowded (all working roles filled AND over 25 wolves).

✵ Sick wolves will be quarantined for 1 rollover, after which curing them will be based on a coin flip - heads, they're cured; tails, they remain sick
