Time is relentless, but within there is a hidden grace. The past falls away, given enough time. Like shadows at dusk, stains of years past fade away. This was what Darien needed. A new beginning...and those who would stand with her--those who would stand for honor, for freedom, for a better way of life than the one she'd left behind. A group who would rise to challenges with courage, but not cruelty, with each member expected to pull their own weight, but to also support each other. A group of equals working together, not a tyrant and those they ruled with an iron grasp.
