Kaze no tsuyoi yama or translated correctly is Windy Mountain. Why is a pack in the Tundra you may ask. Simple, these wolves traveled here from the tops of the mountains with their first leader with their first Alpha, Rushing River.
This is pack of out casted wolves. Their first and current Alpha, Reflecting Glass, both came from a pack who did not wish to have them. Rushing River wanted this pack to be a safe space for all wolves who choose to stay or to the recent increase of traveling wolves. Yes, some of these wolves where born with in this pack but not all of them were. If these pups one day wish to leave this pack then that is fine. Of course they will be fine but they do need to see the world one way or another.
The first few years of their pack growth was slow. Rushing River was still very new to the idea of having a pack of her own but soon enough this pack grew. Compared to some this pack may seem small despite being around for 8 years now but its still bound to grow over the years to come. Reflecting Glass hopes for this pack to continue to be a safe space for all who comes by as he continues on with the will of his savior till his time of departure to the next life comes.
By now you may have noticed the odd name choices. Rushing River and Reflecting Glass? What odd names for wolves yes? Well, these names where given to them on why they were casted out by their previous packs. As for the pups who where born of the pack they just thought these odd name choices would fit them.
